In case of repair, we want to provide you the best possible support. To guarantee the quick and troublefree repair of our systems, we ask that you observe the following points:
Troubleshooting
Before returning a system, please check to make sure there is really a defect or malfunction. Refer to the specifications for the system in the respective operating manual.
Please appreciate that we can only repair our own systems.
Returns
Please observe the following when returning a product:
- Make sure the product is set in a serviceable condition
- If possible, use original packaging to ensure that the system is optimally protected

To avoid delays in repair processing, we would ask that you include the completed repair form with the shipment. This allows us to process your repair quickly. Repair form
Repair Time
The processing of commissioned repairs is done as quickly as possible resp. after receipt of the system and approval of cost estimates.
Warranty
We guarantee that the product is free of manufacturing and material defects. The period of warranty begins with the delivery of the product. Repairs due to warranty claims are to be performed only by us.
We assume no liability:
- If the product is damaged by wrongful handling or incorrect use
- For repairs to the product not performed by us
- For damages incurred through transport or improper packaging of the returned product
- With any manipulation of the product
- For consequential damages
Repair Costs
Repair costs are calculated individually based on the spare parts and labor time required. For this reason we can provide cost estimates only for systems returned to us.
